Residential Conveyancer – TipTopJob – Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom
Salary: GBP 45,000 (DOE)
The Role
The successful candidate will manage a full caseload of up to 120 files, including complex transactions. You will be responsible for reviewing title reports, signing off on other Fee Earners' files, and providing expert advice and representation to clients. This role requires adherence to the firm's file and case management policies, accountability for handling more complex matters, and consistent achievement of annual billing and performance targets while maintaining a high standard of client service. You will also stay up to date with compliance requirements and ensure all work is completed in line with regulatory and firm-wide standards.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' PQE and be either admitted or eligible for admission to the roll of solicitors. Proven experience managing a high-volume residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through completion is essential, as is experience with the Land Registry Portal and a strong, detailed knowledge of residential property law. Excellent organisational, communication and client‑care skills combined with an honest, flexible, forward‑thinking approach to work are required.
