Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and effective tutoring sessions tailored to the needs of individual students.
* Provide support and guidance to students preparing for their GCSE exams across various subjects.
* Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly to ensure maximum learning outcomes.
* Motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential academically.
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area preferred.
* Proven experience in tutoring GCSE students, with a strong track record of success.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
* Passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
