What you’ll be doing:
* Leading structural engineering design across a variety of building projects
* Providing technical oversight, mentorship, and guidance to engineers and technicians
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, contributing to business development
* Managing project resources, budgets, and programmes
* Overseeing quality assurance and delivering exceptional technical outputs
* Helping shape the growth and vision of the structural engineering discipline
What we’re looking for:
* Chartered or near-Chartered Structural/Civil Engineer (CEng MICE / MIStructE)
* Strong experience delivering building structures projects in the UK
* Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects
* Excellent technical design capability across core materials (steel / concrete / timber / masonry)
* Confident communicator with a collaborative, proactive approach
* Desire to contribute to business development and company growth
* A passion for engineering innovation and design-led solutions
