Salesforce Field Service Architect
Location: London (Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in office)
Salary: Up to £110,000 per annum
About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a leading organisation within the technology and services sector that is investing heavily in enterprise Salesforce transformation. This is a permanent opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Field Service Architect to take ownership of solution design and delivery across major Field Service initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
* Designing and architecting Salesforce Field Service solutions aligned to business objectives.
* Leading end-to-end Field Service implementations from discovery through go-live and optimisation.
* Supporting pre-sales activities with solution design and technical expertise.
* Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders to maximise the value of the Salesforce platform.
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering Salesforce Field Service solutions.
* Proven experience in a Salesforce Architect or Lead Consultant role.
* Strong understanding of field service and asset-based service models.
* Experience designing scalable, high-performance Salesforce architectures.
Nice to Have
* Experience contributing to AI-enabled or agentic Field Service use cases.
* Background working in complex or enterprise environments.
