What You'll Do
Delivering an outstanding customer proposition. You will manage the Branch, assist customers, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse and stock shelves. You will lead and motivate a team to achieve great results and ensure customers notice and value the service.
* Day-to-day: Delivering great service and ensuring your team provides a great customer experience while driving sales through service.
* Mucking in: Help the team get the job done, check and unpack deliveries, open and close the branch, stock shelves, clean the branch and assemble orders.
* Inspiring: Encourage a positive mindset, build a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
* Asking questions and building relationships: Ensure the team receives development, support future growth and help customers get everything they need for the job.
* Leading: Coach, motivate and engage the team to create a great place to work where engagement is key.
* Building a positive working environment: Maintain product availability and branch standards, and foster a workplace where people enjoy coming to work.
