We are recruiting for a brilliant organisation in Billericay who are seeking a HR Administrator / HR Coordinator to join them on a temporary basis for roughly three months, working through a backlog of referencing requests.
Duties will include:
* Conducting and logging Experian checks
* Updating the database and ensuring that records compliant
* Working through the back log effectively whilst ensuring accuracy
Candidate requirements:
* Previous experience managing referencing or working within a similar/transferable role such as HR Coordination / Referencing Administrator
* Ability to stay focused on tasks and managing a high volume of data entry activities
* Must be able to begin work immediately
Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
Free parking on-site
Hybrid working available
£12.50 per hour
