Audit Manager based in Aylesbury.
Responsibilities
* Manage the audit process for a portfolio of clients, ensuring excellent service and timely, within‑budget delivery.
* Lead audit file reviews following the firm’s standard procedures.
* Research and prepare proposals for new work, and participate in formal client presentations.
* Act as line manager for junior team members, fostering professional development.
* Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements.
* Represent the firm to clients and internally in a professional manner.
* Promote the firm’s vision and values, focusing on innovation and future development.
Qualifications
* Qualified practice accountant (ACCA/ACA).
* Wide range of audit experience, including small to large clients.
* Strong understanding of FRS102 and IFRS.
* Experience managing a portfolio of clients.
