Role Overview:
They are looking for a 3PQE + Solicitor with a background in commercial litigation. The successful candidate will assist with a wide range of contentious matters and will have the opportunity to work closely with senior lawyers on complex, high-value cases.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting in the management and resolution of a broad spectrum of commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes.
Requirements:
* Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (3PQE +).
* Experience with a varied caseload of Commercial litigation.
* Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Commercial awareness and ability to apply legal knowledge pragmatically.
* A team player with a proactive, client-focused attitude.
Desirable:
* Experience in high value commercial litigation.
* Familiarity with arbitration or alternative dispute resolution.
* Exposure to cross-border disputes or international clients.
