Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to undertake the role of Quality Administrator supporting Quality Management in Forth Valley.
Responsibilities
* Manage the day to day running of the Forth Valley Quality office and provide secretarial support to the Head of Efficiency, Improvement and Innovation, including diary management.
* Deliver excellent keyboard skills and minute taking; experience as a personal secretary or administrator working to a Director/Senior Manager.
* Design data collection proformas, source and analyse data, manage and apply data, write reports, and create graphics and presentations.
* Demonstrate proven communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with people at all levels, including confidential communication with Forth Valley staff, external agencies and government departments.
* Be willing and able to travel throughout the area of service delivery.
* Complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check as part of the duties.
Qualifications
* Excellent keyboard and minute taking skills with experience as a personal secretary or administrator working to Director/Senior Manager.
* Proficiency in data collection design, data analysis, data management, report writing, graphics and presentation skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; ability to handle confidential information.
* Willingness to travel within the service delivery area.
