Medical Laboratory Assistant – Blood Science – Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust - WORKING HOURS BETWEEN 07:30 and Midnight. Weekends and Bank Holidays 09.00 - 17.00

Main duties of the job
Role Description: The successful applicant will work as part of a team supporting both the clerical and laboratory needs of Biochemistry, Haematology and Blood Transfusion. Your duties will include the receipt and booking of patients samples on to the laboratory information system and the movement of samples to the appropriate testing area.
In addition post also includes dealing with enquires from both NHS Staff and the general public.
