We are seeking a Business Centre Coordinator to manage customer order books and inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective liaison with internal departments for order and exceptions management.
Key Result Areas:
* Satisfactory assessment via customer feedback, scorecards, and departmental targets
* Successful completion of mandatory training
* Compliance with Health & Safety & Environmental procedures
Your Responsibilities
* Implement and adhere to all applicable regulatory and quality requirements as per KeyMed policies
* Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
* Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments
* Conduct monthly video calls with key customers
* Enter orders and maintain customer backorders
* Coordinate daily shipping schedules
* Manage returns and credits
* Record and resolve customer dissatisfactions
* Participate in daily operations meetings
* Monitor and report on delivery performance KPIs
* Engage in Continuous Improvement activities
* Provide holiday cover and team support
* Undertake any other duties as required by business needs
1. Minimum 3 GCSE passes at grade C or above - essential
2. Minimum 1-year experience in a customer-facing environment - essential
3. Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel
4. Knowledge of SAP (preferable)
5. Ability to work positively in a small team
