Director, Applied Technology & People Analytics- HR & Talent Advisory, LHH
The HR & Talent Advisory Practice at LHH is a newly launched strategic consulting arm focused on Leadership Talent & Culture, Organizational Transformation & Change and Workforce Strategy & Skills. It serves as a strategic differentiator for LHH, elevating the brand and deepening client relationships through high-touch, bespoke advisory services.
The Director of Applied Technology & People Analytics is a senior leader responsible for establishing and advancing LHH’s applied technology & people capabilities, including AI to support the HR & Talent Advisory business. This role combines people and data science expertise with strategic technology enablement to identify, evaluate, and implement next-generation analytic tools, platforms, and AI solutions.

Key Accountabilities
Strategic Technology & People Analytics
* Define and execute the applied technology and people analytics strategy and roadmap for the HR & Talent Advisory business, including analytic tools, platforms, and AI tools.
* Define and evolve Advisory technology and data strategy to ensure a modern, scalable, and impactful approach to tech and analytics.
* Work with Technology / IT to establishandoverseethebuildanddeploymentofAIagentstoenhanceclientdelivery,internalproductivity,andadvisoryeffectiveness.
* Identifyandassess emergingtechnologies andtools inAI,machinelearning, natural language processing, anddata visualization to informstrategic investment decisions.
* Partner withcross-functionalteamstointegratepeople analytics and datasciencesolutionsinto existing and new HR advisory offerings.
Data Science & People Analytics
* Developframeworks for dataacquisition, governance, andintegrationacross consulting practices including dashboards and reporting.
* Leveragedatasciencemethods,includingpredictiveanalytics,NLP,
generativeAI,todeliver insightsthatsupportclientoutcomesandbusiness decisions.
* Ensureethical andresponsibledata practicesthroughtransparentmodeldesign and data oversight.
* Ensure the integrity, validity, reliability, accuracy, and compliance of all people data and reporting.
* Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
* Lead automation and process improvements to streamline analytics and reporting.
Innovation & Collaboration
* Collaborate withPractice Leads, Product, andMarketingtoensure applied technologyinitiativesalignwithorganizationalgoals.
* Facilitate partnerships withinbusiness lines, technology providers,andresearchbodiestoadvanceinnovation.
* TranslatecomplexdataandAIinsightsintoactionablebusinessstrategiesand
compellingnarrativesforclients.
Internal Enablement & Knowledge Management
* Partner with Technology / IT teams to ensure best practice design, adoption and compliance.
* Provide expert guidance on the integration of AI into human capital and workforce design and implementation.
* Develop playbooks, frameworks, dashboards for aggregated client analysis, and reference architectures for analytics and AI adoption across practices.
* Train internal teams onappliedtechnology and data tools, ensuringunderstandingofdata-driven methodologies.
* Providealignmentacrosspracticeareasandbuildefficiencythroughshared technologysolutionsandusecases.
* As required,contributeto businessdevelopment andparticipatein client meetings as required.
* 10+ years of experience in applied technology, people and data science, AI research, or technology strategy within HR, talent, or professional services environments.
* DemonstratedsuccessinleadinganalyticsorAIimplementationinitiativesthattransformbusinessinsightsandperformance.
* Deep understandingof data modeling, machine learningframeworks, and analytic toolecosystems(e.g.,Power BI,Tableau,AzureML,or equivalent).
* ExperienceevaluatingandintegratingAI-enabledsolutionsintoenterprise workflows.
* Stronganalyticalandconceptualthinking,withabilitytotranslatetechnical capabilities into business impact.
* Exceptional communicationskills to simplifycomplex concepts for executive and client audiences.
* Commerciallyminded,with abilityto identifyvaluecreationopportunitiesthrough technology enablement.
* Collaborative,innovative,andcomfortableinafast-paced,evolving environment.
* Proficient in Python,R, orotherdata science languages; experience with LLMs and applied AI preferred.
* Advanced degree inData Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, AI or a relatedquantitative discipline preferred.
