You'll need to be based in the East Sussex region, ideally living local to one of the following areas - Lewes, Uckfield, Crowborough, Heathfield, Hailsham, Bexhill, Eastbourne etc.
The Role
You'll be responsible for installing Solar PV systems, battery storage solutions and EV chargers at predominantly residential properties, with occasional commercial work.
Your day‑to‑day will include:
Reviewing job specifications before arriving on site
Installing both AC and DC components for Solar PV, battery and EV charging systems
Supporting roof‑mounted PV installation tasks as needed
Testing, commissioning and ensuring correct system performance
Completing installation documents and system records
Maintaining excellent safety standards on every site
What We Are Looking For
Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
18th Edition Wiring Regulations, AM2 etc.
Previous experience installing either Solar PV systems, Battery Storage systems, or EV Chargers
Desired - C&G 2391 or equivalent (Inspection & Testing)
Salary/Package On Offer
Up to £40k Basic Salary (negotiable subject to experience)
