Customer Care Supervisor

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Woolpit, Bury St Edmunds

Working Hours: 37 Hours Per Week, Monday – Friday

Salary: Excellent salary based on experience

Portico GB Ltd is a leading subcontractor to the new build industry based in Woolpit near Bury St Edmunds who supply and install windows, doors, conservatories and wardrobe systems to the new build sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervising the members of the customer care team to ensure that daily tasks are achieved
2. Assigning workloads as required to ensure the KPI’s are met
3. Reporting to our customers on the progress of their customer care accounts on a weekly basis
4. Assisting with booking appointments with customers in occupied properties
5. Coordinating with our Service Engineers to attend appointments
6. Raising delivery notes and invoices
7. Updating information on to our systems for feedback to the principle contractors
8. Dealing with incoming calls and email enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
9. Taking information from the SAPs system and updating jobs on our and the principal contractor’s system
10. Managing your own workload as well as working with the team to ensure the workload is covered
11. Overseeing the completion of invoicing in the department

Person Specification:

12. Previous experience in a customer care or administrative role is essential
13. Experience within the new build industry would be an advantage
14. You must be very organised with good attention to detail
15. You will be a personable and adaptable individual
16. Strong interpersonal and communication skills via email and telephone
17. Able to work well within a team as well as independently
18. Good time management
19. Excellent computer skills including Excel, Sage experience would be an advantage however training will be given
20. Be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
21. Be able to meet deadlines
22. Be able to delegate work effectively
23. Be able to support other team members to ensure tasks are complete in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
