Role Details:
This is a key role, and will be responsible for delivering assigned packages of work using the NEC4 form of contract as directed by the Senior Project Manager. The package of work is complex and will include electrical systems and interoperability with the site.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the design, delivery and commissioning of electrical systems to meet agreed project objectives.
* Provide strong project leadership, maintaining stakeholder confidence and team collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
* Manage NEC4 contracts, monitoring quality, time, cost and performance, and addressing issues to avoid delay or cost escalation.
* Control project finances, including budgets, forecasting, cash flow and expenditure reporting.
* Lead risk and change management, assessing impacts and approving, deferring or rejecting changes as appropriate.
* Maintain and review project schedules, milestones and delivery plans to monitor progress.
* Support project assurance and gateway reviews, providing clear evidence of progress, compliance and deliverability.
* Ensure compliance with agreed processes, governance and operating procedures.
Key Requirements:
Essential
* On-site or Glasgow-based presence at least 3 days per week.
* Active SC clearance or ability to obtain.
* 10+ years’ construction/consultancy delivery experience, including 5+ years in management.
* Experience delivering infrastructure projects in the built environment.
* Proven delivery of electrical/electromechanical projects from design to completion.
* Knowledge of specialist electrical systems and installation.
* Strong commercial and cost management skills, able to challenge estimates.
* Hands-on NEC4 contract and change management experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Desirable
* Experience in complex, live or regulated operational environments.
* Collaborative working experience.
* Adaptable to changing project demands.
* Working knowledge of Primavera P6.
* Experience with CEMAR or similar systems.
