POSITION SUMMARY
The Key Account Manager is a senior commercial role responsible for the strategic management, growth, and retention of Harpar Grace International's most influential Key, Prestige, and Wholesale accounts across the UK.
This role owns a portfolio of high-profile, high-value partners including flagship aesthetic clinics, doctor and surgeon-led practices, prestige partners, and wholesale accounts Omni Sector. In parallel, the role is responsible for identifying and onboarding new elite partners that elevate brand presence, credibility, and long-term commercial performance.
Operating at a senior level, the Key Account Manager acts as a trusted business partner to clients, leading the implementation of tailored growth strategies, training programmes, and brand development initiatives. Working with a luxury, results-driven portfolio including iS Clinical, Revitalash, Déesse PRO LED and Totally Derma, this role is instrumental in shaping the company's national footprint and reinforcing Harpar Grace International as a leader within aesthetics and professional skincare.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
KEY, PRESTIGE & WHOLESALE ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
* Own and strategically manage a portfolio of Key, Prestige, and Wholesale accounts, ensuring sustained growth, retention, and brand advocacy.
* Develop, implement, and deliver bespoke business plans for each account, aligned to commercial objectives, brand strategy, and partner ambition.
* Lead high-level commercial conversations with doctors, surgeons, clinic owners, general managers, and senior decision-makers omni sector.
* Monitor account performance, identifying opportunities for increased penetration, optimisation, and long-term value creation.
* Champion and implement growth initiatives including e-commerce integration, fulfilment solutions, staff incentive programmes, retail optimisation, and education strategies.
* Deliver advanced, sales-focused training designed to improve conversion, treatment outcomes, and retail performance.
* Position Harpar Grace International and its portfolio as a strategic authority and partner of choice within aesthetics, spa, and professional skincare.
* Build deep, trusted relationships that inspire loyalty, advocacy, referrals, and long-term partnership.
* Support the onboarding and development of junior or regional team members where required, acting as a mentor and role model for best practice.
FLAGSHIP PARTNER DEVELOPMENT
* Lead the development of flagship Profile and prestige accounts that enhance brand visibility, credibility, and KOL opportunity across the UK.
* Support elite partners with brand positioning, treatment integration, and portfolio strategy.
* Represent Harpar Grace International at key industry events, partner meetings, and VIP initiatives as a senior brand ambassador.
* Work closely with internal leadership and community lead to ensure excellence in partner delivery and alignment to strategy.
NEW BUSINESS ACQUISITION & MARKET EXPANSION
* Proactively identify, target, and convert new high-profile doctor, surgeon-led, flagship, prestige, and wholesale partners nationwide.
* Conduct high-impact new business meetings, demonstrations, and presentations to secure long-term, strategic partnerships.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of VIP prospects, including curated event days and targeted acquisition initiatives.
* Ensure new accounts are onboarded to the highest standard, with a clear pathway to early success and sustainable growth.

EXPERIENCE & KEY SUCCESS CRITERIA
* 5–8 years' field-based experience in a senior account management or commercial role managing high-profile or prestige accounts.
* Proven success working with luxury, professional skincare, aesthetics, or device-led brands.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive growth through partnership, strategy, and influence rather than transactional selling.
* Confident engaging with high-profile doctors, surgeons, business owners, general managers, and CEOs.
* Trained therapist to NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds (or equivalent).
* Experience integrating topicals, devices, and treatments to drive clinical results and commercial performance.
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously at a national level while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.
* Strong background in developing retail performance, staff capability, and conversion.
* Excellent professional presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
* Confident using CRM systems and IT tools including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
* Full UK driving licence.
