You’ll act as a key worker to motivate and empower young people to gain independence and reach their full potential You’ll create support plans and help young people achieve their goals and independence, working collaboratively as part of a team who embrace differences You will learn to work in a truly psychologically informed way to help our young people. Further enhance your relationship building and partnership working skills, by promoting your services and working closely relevant local agencies such as the local authority, specialist charities, education and training providers, probation, social services, and housing provisions etc. What do you need to be considered for this role? The ability to engage complex young people and build strong and positive relationships with good boundaries.
