What You’ll Do:
• Manage day-to-day client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard
• Develop and execute multi-channel account plans aligned to client objectives
• Support budgeting and forecasting, ensuring efficient spend and delivery against targets
• Monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive account expansion
• Analyse data to uncover insights and present clear, actionable recommendations
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver best-in-class client outcomes
• Act as a key client contact, providing updates and resolving issues effectively
• Stay ahead of industry trends to strengthen client strategies
What We’re Looking For:
• 4–5 years’ experience in Account Management or Client Partner roles
• Proven success delivering high-performing digital marketing campaigns
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, research and project management tools)
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
