Key Responsibilities

Processing and reconciling invoices, purchase orders, and payments.

Assisting with month-end and year-end reporting.
*
Maintaining accurate financial records and updating accounting systems using Sage
*
Reconciling bank statements and assisting with petty cash management.
*
Supporting the accounts team with budgeting and forecasting tasks.
*
Liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to resolve queries.
*
Assisting with payroll administration and VAT returns.
*
Ensuring compliance with policies and financial regulations.
*
Supporting ad hoc finance projects and process improvements.
Skills & Experience Required
*
Previous experience in accounts, finance, or bookkeeping (preferred).
*
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and IT systems; experience with accounting software is an advantage.
*
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
*
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
*
Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively in a team.
*
Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
