About the Role
We are seeking a professional and reliable Area Support Officer to provide flexible security cover across multiple client sites. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to different environments while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
* Record vehicles, visitors, contractors, and all site activities, maintaining accurate logs and daily occurrence records.
* Monitor sites visually and via CCTV, responding to alerts and alarms in line with procedures.
* Conduct regular site patrols and inspections according to assignment instructions.
* Provide security services across multiple client sites, adapting to varied working patterns as required.
* Ensure compliance with company Health & Safety policies and management plans.
* Cover annual leave and sickness absences as needed.
Candidate Requirements
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* Valid SIA Licence (essential).
* Confident computer literacy and ability to operate security systems.
* Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with all levels from visitors to senior management.
* High standards of personal presentation and professionalism.
Additional Requirements
All successful applicants will be required to undergo screening and vetting in line with BS7858 standards.
