Unlike some hybrid or self-employed roles, support for your success is considerable: local branch hub teams, central lead management and concierge telephony support.

The Role: In this fully employed position, partners have the flexibility of a self-employed model under full responsibility to become the best estate agent in their local area. You provide an end-to-end service for customers from valuation to completion of sale.
Support: This is not a self-employed position, so we provide endless support to grow a successful business – learning and development team, a local property centre, best technology and industry-leading marketing to raise your brand awareness locally.
Our Partners: Successful partners have an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be the best estate agent in their area. They grow their business by building local relationships, being obsessed with business generation, marketing their own personal brand and offering their customers an experience they can rave about.
