Are you passionate about shaping the future of digital technologies? We are seeking an enthusiastic HE Digital Technologies Lecturer to join our Higher Education team at UCNL and UCDon. This is an exciting opportunity to teach and support students across a range of programmes, including software development, AI, cyber security, and data analytics.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching, supporting student success, and contributing to curriculum development within a collaborative and innovative environment.
Please note: This is a group role, you are expected to travel across North Lindsey and Doncaster College.
Essential Criteria
1. Degree (Level 6) in a relevant discipline
2. Minimum Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy
3. Experience of or ability to demonstrate understanding of teaching and supporting undergraduate students
4. Strong subject knowledge in digital technologies (e.g., cyber security, AI, software development, data analytics)
5. Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
6. Deliver engaging teaching sessions for HE programmes in Digital Technologies
7. Act as Academic Tutor and provide personal academic support to students
8. Participate in curriculum planning, development, and quality assurance processes
9. Contribute to programme documentation, annual reports, and student engagement activities
10. Support promotional events and activities to enhance HE provision locally
