Job Description
Our Programme Advisory team specialises in the strategy, set-up and transformation of major programmes and asset owning enterprises within the transport, defence, utilities, and power sectors in the UK and internationally.

We are seeking to recruit enthusiastic, talented, and proactive individuals who have hands on change management experience and are passionate about delivering tangible results for clients.
Change and transformation is at the heart of the Programme Advisory Team. We work across the entire lifecycle, conducting diagnostic reviews, designing operating models, delivering transformation programmes, and managing business change activity to embed new ways of working.
As a Senior Consultant your key responsibilities will include :
1. Delivering key outputs such as business change strategies, communication & engagement plans, client reports
2. Contributing to exercises such as change complexity assessments, and stakeholder mapping
3. Delivering client workshops and presentations
4. Managing and reporting against commission delivery plans
5. Developing strong relationships with key client stakeholders
6. Contributing towards the preparation of bid proposals
7. Supporting internal activities within the Programme Advisory team such as the development of transformation products and methodologies or improving our internal ways of working
Qualifications
Expectations:
We would expect experience in one or more capabilities listed below at a Practitioner level (good understanding of the topic and used on at least one project).
8. Ideally experience working in a consulting environment (other consultancies or as an internal consultant) or be able to demonstrate a consulting skillset
9. A proven track record of delivering tangible results on change and transformation projects through the application of business change methodologies
10. Experience of programme and project management within a complex change environment with multiple workstreams
11. Experience in Operating Model design and implementation
12. Experience of managing stakeholders within large and complex organisations
13. Experience of designing and facilitating client workshops
14. Experience of managing the production of high-quality change and transformation deliverables within challenging timescales
15. Experience of leading solution development for a change and transformation project
16. Experience in organisational design and development
17. Experience developing client relationships and developing new business opportunities
18. Change management and transformation qualifications are favourable (, MSP, APMG Change Management, Prosci)
19. Experience in some/all the following sectors: infrastructure, transportation, utilities, defence, natural resources, and real estate
