We’re looking for a Customer Renewals Associate to join our dynamic team at IRIS Software Group. In this role, you’ll be working with our existing customer base – supporting them through the renewal journey, resolving any issues, and helping them get the most from our products. What you'll be doing: * Managing a portfolio of existing customers, guiding them through their renewal process * Building strong relationships to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term retention * Proactively identifying at-risk accounts and working to reduce churn * Collaborating with internal teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Product * Providing accurate renewal forecasts and maintaining detailed CRM records * Spotting opportunities for upsell or cross-sell and passing leads to the relevant teams What we’re looking for: * Previous experience in customer service, renewals, account management or retention * Confident communicator – you’re great at building rapport and managing tricky conversations * Organised and proactive with great attention to detail * Driven by targets, outcomes and keeping customers happy * Bonus points for experience working in the software/SaaS industry What you’ll love about IRIS: At IRIS, we’re all about people, purpose, and progress.
