The successful Property Inspections Clerk will be offered:
1. Overall package of up to £32,000 per annum

4. Either a 4- or 5-day working week (salary would be adjusted on a pro rata basis)
Property Inspections Clerk requirements:
5. Previous experience within Residential Lettings would be a bonus but not essential as full training would be provided on this position.
6. Previous experience working in a face-to-face role is essential.
7. Highly organised and able to manage a busy diary.
8. Confident and professional
9. Own car and clean driving licence.
As a Property Inspections Clerk your duties will include:
10. Use specialised iPad software to create thorough property condition reports before new tenants move in.
11. Address any unacceptable conditions by agreeing simple improvement plans with tenants during inspections.
12. Conduct pre-departure inspections to compile ‘check out’ reports detailing the property’s state before tenants vacate.
13. Help mediate disputes between landlords and tenants about damage exceeding fair wear and tear, aiming for a fair financial resolution.
14. If no agreement is reached, prepare and forward all necessary documentation to an independent adjudicator to determine any deposit deductions.
