Senior Associate – Intellectual Property Disputes

The Role
The Intellectual Property team is seeking an experienced and commercially-minded Senior Associate to handle IP disputes and litigation, including:
* Trade marks and passing off
* Copyright and design rights
* Patents
* Brand protection, IP enforcement, and infringement claims
* Drafting and negotiating licensing, franchise, sponsorship, naming rights, and IP exploitation agreements
The successful candidate will work directly with partners and a talented team of Associates, handling high-profile matters across sports, fashion, and brand sectors. You will take ownership of cases, supervise junior team members, and contribute to business development and client engagement initiatives.
The Candidate
* 5+ years’ experience in IP disputes/litigation
* Strong technical knowledge and a commercial mindset
* Proven client-facing skills
* Experience advising on high-value, complex IP matters
* Enthusiasm for mentoring and developing junior colleagues
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Ability to contribute to a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive team culture
