Your Role:

* Collaborate closely with the General Manager to implement strategies that drive club targets and enhance member experience.
* Ensure smooth operations while adhering to health & safety and compliance regulations for everyone in the club.

About You:
We are looking for an Assistant General Manager who:
* Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
* Has led a variety of functions with diverse challenges and goals across different departments.
* Is skilled in financial planning and management.
* Is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
