New Build Housing Plumber:
Our engineers are the best in the business and as such successful candidates will be surrounded by a hardworking, knowledgeable and supportive team. Your main purpose of this job will be to provide first and second fix new build properties. This includes the installation of gas appliances.
Key Accountabilities:
* Experience of installing plumbing and heating systems (first and second fix) in new build homes
* Installation of gas appliances in line with Gas Safety Regulations
* Compliance with health & safety policies, risk assessments & procedures at all times
* Carry out additional duties within your skill and competence
* Compliance with GDPR at all times
What we are looking for:
Successful candidates will have:
* ACS with CCN1, CPA1, CENWAT, CKR1, or equivalent
* Gas Safe registered
* Driving License (essential)
* City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in plumbing or equivalent (preferred)
* CSCS qualified (preferred)
