About the Role: My client is seeking an experienced and proactive Contracts Manager to join their Small Works Division based out of their Worcestershire office. This role offers the opportunity to lead and deliver a wide range of construction projects, with typical values between £100,000 and £7 million, across sectors such as education, healthcare, commercial, and residential. As Contracts Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously — ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and quality standards while maintaining excellent working relationships with teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
