Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in St Albans for a Service Administrator. The Service Administrator will handle daily administrative tasks, provide customer service, support clients, and help coordinate with partner organisations. Responsibilities include maintaining records, handling enquiries, offering support, and delivering training to staff and clients.

* Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and record-keeping
* Technical Support abilities
* Experience in delivering Training
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge or experience in the field of domestic abuse support is an advantage
* Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office
