What Will You Be Doing?
* Overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring every station is organized and ready for service.
* Supervising and training junior chefs, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Maintaining strict food safety standards, including proper storage, handling, and cooking techniques.
* Monitoring inventory levels and managing food costs to achieve financial targets.
* Supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and responding to guest feedback.

What Skills Do You Need?
* A strong understanding of working with a branded menu.
* Experience in managing orders, food stocks, and forecasting against occupancy.
* The ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
* Good financial acumen with the capability to manage costs in line with the department’s budget.
