Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in Sutton. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and Speech & Language needs). Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and supportive lessons. Assist with behaviour management and help maintain a positive learning environment. Encourage and motivate pupils to reach their full potential both academically and personally. Requirements: Experience working with children with additional needs (school or care setting).
