About The Opportunity
Jacobs in Belfast is a market leader in the transportation sector, working with major clients such as National Highways, Transport for Scotland, Manchester Airport Group, Heathrow Ltd, HS2 Ltd, and the Welsh Government. The successful candidate will join our Highways & Civils team and support the delivery of some of Jacobs’ most exciting and challenging global pursuits. You will receive on‑the‑job training using the latest software tools and gain exposure to the full lifecycle of schemes, from initial concept through to construction.
Key Responsibilities
You will be expected to assist and support colleagues in the preparation of feasibility studies, scheme reports, and highway designs as part of your development to becoming a professionally qualified engineer. As a new graduate, you will have the opportunity to make your mark and influence the continuing growth of Jacobs.
Qualifications
* Be working towards a Masters level qualification in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering with Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering with AI or Civil Engineering with Data.
* A flexible self‑starter who is keen to drive your career forward.
* Adaptable to change, with a thirst for learning new things.
* You must have the permanent right to work in the UK.
