About the Role:
Imperial Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a leading printing company based in Washington in their search for a Client Services Administrator to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to provide day-to-day administrative support to the Key Account Management team. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by keeping accounts running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the administration of customer accounts as directed by Key Account Managers.

Link jobs to customer-supplied purchase orders (POs).
*
Manage documentation, proofs of delivery (PODs), and customer approvals.
*
Coordinate despatch paperwork, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
*
Carry out daily job checks to confirm all deliveries are on track.
*
Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvements.
*
Liaise with internal teams, including Studio and Despatch, to support smooth workflows.
About You:

Strong administrative and organisational skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Confident communicator across all levels.
*
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Salary & Benefits:

£24,000 per annum
