As a Store Manager, you’ll be the leader who brings energy, focus and commercial performance to the store. You’ll coach the team, drive sales and deliver standout customer experiences every day. You don’t just manage stock and rosters — you create a culture that customers and colleagues want to be part of.

✅ What you’ll do
* Lead the team
Recruit, coach and inspire colleagues to deliver exceptional service, hit targets and grow their careers. Run regular 1:1s and team briefs to keep momentum high.
* Drive sales & KPIs
Own store P&L performance, traffic conversion, basket size and targets. Use data and insight to implement local actions that deliver results.
* Deliver premium customer experience
Ensure the store vibe is on point — service standards, styling support, and memorable moments for guests from arrival to purchase.
* Operational excellence
Manage stock, visual merchandising, loss prevention and compliance. Keep the store clean, safe and ready for every customer.
* Plan & execute campaigns
Lead in-store activations, product launches and local marketing to maximise impact on trading days.
