SF Recruitment are delighted to be working with a growing and dynamic business in Dudley who are seeking a Senior Management Accountant to support the Finance Director in delivering high-quality management accounting across the UK business. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to all aspects of management accounting, reporting, and business partnering within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyse weekly and month-end margin reports, providing insight into trends and variances. Review overhead costs and investigate variances against budget. Analyse manufacturing costs, including yield performance, and work with Operations to drive efficiencies. Collaborate with teams to improve stock control and enhance stock turn performance. Support budgeting and forecasting processes. Produce daily and monthly KPI reports and provide actionable insights to the business. Assist with monthly and year-end financial reporting, intercompany reconciliations, and notes to the accounts. Maintain and manage the fixed asset register in line with accounting policies. Lead preparation for the annual audit and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Provide cover for the Financial Accountant when required and support system/process improvements. Skills & Experience Required: Fully qualififed ACCA/CIMA/ACA or Finalist Proven experience in management accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Advanced Excel and ERP system experience. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present financial information to non-finance colleagues. Experience within the manufacturing sector is highly desirable. Strong commercial awareness, adaptability, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and lead small finance teams.
