Role: Customer Service Administrator Salary: Starting from £24,570.00 per annum Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:00pm (37.5 hours per week) Location: Stonehouse, GL10 3EX – Minimum 3 days in the office At Gardiner Bros, we believe how we treat people matters. We're looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our friendly and fast-paced team. Whether you're new to office work or bringing previous customer service experience, if you're a great communicator with a passion for problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you! What the Customer Service Administrator role entails: Dealing with customer calls and emails, helping with questions about orders, deliveries and products. Process orders and returns accurately, making sure everything is sent out on time and in the right format. Handle invoices, refunds, credits and work with other teams, such as accounts and buying to sort out any issues. Supporting online sales through our customer portals (e.g., Hush Puppies, Muck Boot) Work closely with teams across the business to keep things running smoothly and make sure stock and product information is up to date. Take care of general admin tasks and help keep everything organised.
