Job Opportunity: Document Control Administrator
WesTrac is seeking a Document Control Administrator to join our Systems and Sustainability team in South Guildford, WA. This is a 12-month fixed-term position focused on quality assurance and document management.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage Document Management System (DMS): Oversee workflows, archiving, and filing in line with ISO 9001 standards. Implement system upgrades and enhancements.
2. Serve as DMS Expert: Provide assistance and education to stakeholders regarding the DMS.
3. Develop Quality Management Framework: Create, review, and manage manuals, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
4. Lead Projects: Drive initiatives for continuous improvement of the DMS and related frameworks.
5. Ensure Quality and Compliance: Implement initiatives to uphold quality standards and manage change effectively.
6. Support Systems: Assist with systems like LMS, SharePoint, Promapp, and OnTrac.
7. Reporting: Generate monthly reports on Quality and DMS activities.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in a similar role with knowledge of Document Management Framework and ISO 9001 standards.
* Intermediate skills in MS Office and SharePoint; strong planning and organisational skills.
* Attention to detail, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and excellent stakeholder communication skills.
* Data analysis and report generation capabilities.
* Proactive problem-solving skills.
