What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 (Year 1 & Year 2)
Delivering 1:1 and small group support, especially for pupils with SEN
Assisting with phonics, reading, writing, and early numeracy
Helping to maintain a fun, focused, and structured classroom
Collaborating with experienced teachers and SEN staff
Tracking progress and supporting pupil development until July 2026
Ideal KS1 Teaching Assistant For this Brent School:
Recent graduate (2:1 or higher preferred)
Bold, resilient, and genuinely enthusiastic about primary education
Previous child-related experience is desirable but not essential
Not afraid of a challenge youll need confidence and consistency
Interested in teaching, psychology, or SEN careers
Committed to full-time work until end of academic year July 2026
