Job Description
Pensions Administration Systems Analyst
Fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading consultancy in a large period of growth as an Analyst with the Administration Systems Team. This position is a key part of ensuring ongoing work is delivered effectively for the Pensions Administration business.
Work on a hybrid basis out of West Midlands, Northern Ireland, Berkshire, Manchester, Surrey, Bristol based offices.
About the role
* Work within a team to deliver Admin Systems work.
* Deliver work in a consistent and efficient manner.
* Work with stakeholders to understand how processes and systems can be utilised most effectively across the technical skill.
* Play an active role in the delivery of work through coding and configuration of the admin platforms.
* Work within the wider governance framework to ensure a consistent approach and documentation of all work delivery.
* Participate in the training and development of the Admin Systems team as well as mentoring less experienced colleagues.
About you
* Proven record of delivering solutions across pensions admin systems.
* Proven systems expertise across admin systems.
* Excellent communication (verbal and written) and good interpersonal skills.
* Experience of modern pensions administration systems.
* Strong analytical skills and creative approach to getting work delivered.
* Willingness to identify and overcome barriers to delivery of work.
