Job Purpose
Responsible for maintenance of IT infrastructure. Coordinate and implement new systems to expand existing infrastructure.
Job Responsibilities
* 1) Day-to-day troubleshooting of PCs, servers and network
* 2) Liaise with external vendors for servicing and support of IT infrastructure.
* 3) Provide daily support to user and operation system platform.
* 4) Documentation of all the IT assets, user information, phone lines, data lines and software licenses and maintenance.
* 5) Coordinating and implementing of new equipment / systems.
* 6) Maintenance of IT infrastructure including patching, updating, AV scanning, and backups.
* 7) Protect data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measure.
* 8) Maintenance of IT infrastructure including: Network – LAN, Wireless, VOIP etc.
* Hardware – Club2000e and various modules, Active Directory, Terminal Server, WSUS, Firewall, VOIP, Mail, Web etc
* Software – Operating Systems, Software
* Products, Software Licenses
* 9) Provide advice to internal departments on new and existing IT-related equipment.
* 10) Record and write minutes of meetings for IT sub-committee.
* 11) Provide related IT training to staff.
* · Follow the workplace safety and health system, safe work procedures or safety rules implemented at the workplace.
* · Not engage in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger yourself or others working around you.
* · Use personal protective equipment provided to you to ensure your safety while working. You must not tamper with or misuse the equipment.
* 12) Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.
Requirements
* Minimum Diploma
* Graduates with no working experience are welcome to apply
* Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security
* Good interpersonal and communications skills
* Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
* Ability to identify issues, recommend and implement strategies to resolve problems and manage issues effectively
