Overview
Operational Director of Children\'s Services UK at TieTalent (TACT Fostering). Location: Homebased with travel to attend face-to-face meetings and events. Salary: £77,576 per annum, increasing to £86,196 in 18 months + £750 Homeworking Allowance. Hours: 35 hours per week; permanent role.
Responsibilities
* Oversee five of TACT\'s Registered Area offices spanning three nations.
* Contribute to and deliver on the strategic plan to increase the organisation\'s ability to care for more children whose needs are not currently being met by the care sector.
* Provide strong strategic and commercial leadership with effective people leadership; manage change in innovative and fast-paced environments.
Qualifications & Experience
* Extensive experience in the foster care sector; ideally wider experience across services that support children and families.
* Strong strategic and commercial leadership skills; experience in managing change and working in fast-paced environments.
* Commitment to trauma-informed practice; ability to operate within trauma-informed principles.

Additional Information
* The Operational Director of Children\'s Services can be based anywhere in the UK. Travel will be required for team meetings, training and wellbeing events.
* An enhanced DBS clearance is required and will be processed by TACT on your behalf.
