Business Development Manager (Influencer Marketing)
Location: Fully Remote
We’re working with a fast-growing, global influencer marketing agency that specialises in TikTok-first performance-led campaigns. They partner with ambitious brands to deliver high-impact creator campaigns.
Due to continued growth, they’re looking to hire a Business Development Manager to take ownership of high-value opportunities and driving new revenue.
The Role
What You’ll Be Doing
* Owning the full sales cycle from qualification through to close
* Managing and converting inbound and outbound leads into high-value deals (£50k+)
* Building relationships with enterprise and global brands
* Leading client conversations around influencer marketing and TikTok strategy
* Developing tailored proposals and campaign solutions
* Working closely with internal teams to shape commercial offerings
* Consistently hitting and exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced environment
What They’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a Business Development / Sales role within an agency or media
* Strong track record of closing deals £50k+
* Experience selling influencer marketing, social media, or digital campaigns
* Confident managing the full sales cycle and closing independently
* Commercially sharp with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
* Self-sufficient and able to operate without heavy management
* Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of social platforms
* Experience working with global brands or enterprise clients is a strong advantage
