The University is currently undertaking a Finance Transformation Programme moving from an on premise Oracle solution to Oracle Fusion. The role will be based within the Finance Division and you will be working with colleagues from the programme and future users of the system.
The Role
You will manage and be responsible for organising testing of the new system through various cycles including FIT, End to end, Witness and UAT testing. This will be critical to successfully launching the new finance system and the role holder will have overall responsibility for updating and managing the testing strategy and test execution for the programme across all areas.
You will be working across the programme to plan, develop test scenarios based on use cases, test scripts and ensure successful execution of system testing. You will feedback on issues and plan re‑testing after resolution.
As a successful candidate you will have experience of leading Oracle Fusion ERP Testing and using test management tools alongside a friendly and positive nature.

Location
The University is supportive of hybrid working, where some work is undertaken on University premises and some in a remote working environment. The aim of our approach is to enable as many staff as possible to work in a hybrid way if they wish and where their role allows. This arrangement is subject to change and will not form a part of the contractual terms of the role.
Fixed‑term: The funds for this post are available until 30 September 2027 in the first instance.
