Contract: 3 months | Day Rate: £300-£350 | Full-time or Part-time | Hybrid working We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Internal Communications Manager to join the Communications team at a leading public sector organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving internal engagement and supporting organisational change. About the Role As an Internal Communications Manager (Corporate Services), you will: Lead creative internal communications campaigns that engage and connect employees Develop targeted communication plans and ensure clear, consistent messaging Organise and deliver internal events - from town halls to hybrid all-hands meetings Produce compelling content for newsletters, intranet, digital channels, and staff updates Support change initiatives by helping colleagues stay informed, engaged, and aligned Work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organisation This is a 3-month contract, paying £300-£350 per day, and we are open to applications from both full-time and part-time candidates.
