About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring accurate and timely data entry using SAP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP.
2. Process goods receipts, stock transfers, and shipments.
3. Generate and review SAP reports for stock levels, order status, and discrepancies.
4. Liaise with warehouse operatives, suppliers, and transport teams to ensure smooth flow of goods.
5. Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for compliance and audits.
6. Support with general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
7. Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics administration role.
8. Strong working knowledge of SAP (Warehouse/Inventory modules).
9. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
10. Good organizational and time management skills.
11. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
12. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
