As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step in when teachers are away to keep lessons running smoothly. That means: Delivering pre-set work Keeping behaviour calm and consistent Helping pupils stay on task and engaged Building positive relationships with students and staff Everything’s provided for you—you just bring the confidence to guide the class and keep learning on track.
