Location: Hybrid – 3 days/week in Newcastle Office

What You will Be Doing:
* Oversee and ensure timely, accurate payroll delivery across UK and Ireland
* Identify and implement process improvements, with a strong focus on automation
* Respond to employee queries with professionalism and efficiency
* Ensure all reporting, compliance, and statutory filings are completed accurately
* Collaborate closely with People, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Tax teams across the business
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience running and processing payroll in the UK
* Strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel skills
* A passion for optimisation and experience automating manual processes
* Someone who’s curious, collaborative, and comfortable working in a changing, global environment
