Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Multi Skilled Plumbing Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for a Multi Skilled Plumbing Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks in line with contractual requirements across the site
* Ensure job cards and PDA entries are completed accurately
* Involved in new works and planned or responsive maintenance on various plant and systems, including plumbing services
* Install pumps, valves and pipework
* Act upon Legionella risk assessments and implement control measures including flushing systems, taking tap temperatures and performing de-scaling routines (training will be provided)
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plumbing
* At least one year of plumbing/mechanical maintenance experience
* Strong understanding of health and safety measures
* Competent IT skills, including the use of a PDA
* Understanding of Legionella risk assessments and control measures (advantageous)
