Winner Recruitment has an excellent opportunity for an Account Coordinator looking to take their next step and join a successful and award-winning team. Winner Recruitment is a privately owned recruitment specialist UK company that has several clients across the UK within a variety of different sectors.
Responsibilities
* Remotely manage and recruit for multiple clients and locations, taking ownership, building effective client relationships and operational delivery.
* Based on various client's premises across the Midlands patch; mileage will be reimbursed outside of your primary site location.
* Overachieve KPIs and oversee the daily implementation of the operational plan.
* Regularly update the Regional Operations Manager with risks and potential opportunities.
* Build strong client relationships and create a positive perception of Winner Recruitment.
* Fully understand client requirements and ensure fulfilment is consistently achieved.
* Recruit drivers and warehouse colleagues to fulfil client requirements.
* Plan and organise the assessment and induction process for all workers.
* Be accountable for overall compliance at sites and ensure contingency plans are in place.
* Manage workers effectively, including absence, pay queries, performance, and retention.
* Undertake investigations and conduct disciplinary or grievance processes as required.
* Attend weekly meetings with key stakeholders within the client's leadership team to review performance and delivery.
* Plan and organise the induction process for new starters, including meet-and-greet and issuing welcome packs/uniforms.
* Be responsible for accurate accident reporting and any insurance/claim issues that may arise.
* Act in a calm, professional, and proactive manner that reflects Winner Recruitment’s values.
* Take a flexible approach to working arrangements, including re-assignment of duties during peak periods, holidays, and when colleagues are away.
Onsite Coordinator Requirements
* Travel to multiple client locations at least 2-3 times per week across the central region.
* Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle.
* Experience in building effective client relationships at all levels.
* Experience in managing and delivering results.
* Experience with reporting and forecasting tools.
* Strong people management skills and a results-oriented mindset.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with stakeholders at all organisational levels.
* Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build effective and sustainable relationships.
* Self-driven, proactive, and focused on quality and business profit.
* Uses own initiative and good judgment to make decisions.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and encourage teamwork.
* Analytical and methodical approach to problems.
* Ability to handle a busy and varied workload, meet tight deadlines and prioritise effectively.
* Resilient and able to work in an organisation undergoing change due to development and growth.
Onsite Coordinator Benefits
* Sunday to Wednesday shift
* 4 x 10 hour shifts
* Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 per year depending on experience
* 28 days per annum + 1 day per each year of service
